My dog really likes this food, and to be fair, the quality does seem good. The price is a bit higher than I’d like, so I can’t say it’s the best deal out there, but most weeks it still feels worth it for how well my dog eats it.

I followed the transition guide for my dog, assuming it would go like most food switches if I took it step by step, but her stomach still got upset. Support was decent enough, though they mostly just told me to slow things down even more. For the price, I guess I expected more specific help or a clearer plan. The food does seem like good quality, so maybe it works better for other dogs, but it just wasn’t a good fit for us

I had to wait a few days to get a reply, which felt slow compared to what most companies seem to manage these days. When they did get back to me, the help was okay at best, but not really as useful as I was hoping for.

But two of my boxes showed up late, and one was sitting there warm by the time I got it. The website was really easy to use. I found the meals, prices, and how everything works without having to click around forever, which I appreciated. Checkout was straightforward too, and nothing felt confusing. I’m usually a little wary when a site makes you contact customer service for basic info, so it was nice that I didn’t really need to rely on them for anything.

There are so many meal choices that my pup never seems to get bored, which is a relief because she can be picky sometimes. It’s nice not having to serve the same thing over and over again, and she definitely acts like she appreciates the variety.

I’ve been so happy with these meals for my dog. They always show up cold, fresh, and looking like actual real food, not some weird mush. It makes me feel good knowing exactly what I’m giving him, and so far it’s been such a comforting experience.

I do like that Nom Nom lets you pause or change your subscription when you need to. That’s the main reason it works for me, because my dog doesn’t always eat through the food at the same pace every week.

The annoying part is the timing of some of the changes. A couple times I tried to adjust the delivery date and it felt like I was just a little too late, even though I didn’t think I was cutting it that close. I ended up double-checking everything because I wasn’t totally sure the update actually went through.
Overall, it’s decent and I appreciate having some flexibility, but it’s not always as smooth as I’d like. If the account settings were easier and the cutoff timing was clearer, it would be a much better experience

I’ve been happy with the portions. Like, most days they seem to match my dog’s size really well. Every now and then it’s not exact, maybe a little more or less than I’d give on my own. But it’s close enough. Easy to tweak if needed, so it hasn’t been a big deal...

my dog was having loose poops for months, and i felt like i had tried everything. after switching to nom nom, things got way more normal quickly. the only downside is i wish the shipping was a little cheaper, but overall it’s been really helpful for his tummy.
